The median price for detached single-family homes in the Denver metro area was $ 699,039 in April 2021, while the median price was $ 585,000, up 23% year-over-year. Both represent the largest number on record. Detached single-family homes saw a 2.9 percent increase in closed sales, while attached homes saw a 14 percent decrease in closings relative to March.

The median price of attached properties in the Denver metro had topped $ 400,000 for the first time in February. In April, it was $ 444,252. The average price stands at $ 376,360, 16.8% more than last April.
